The Bombay Bread Bar is Chef Floyd Cardoz' love letter to the glorious food and culture of his native Bombay, and the bright and vibrant flavors of India. From breads and chutneys to kulchas, samoas, and a mouthwatering Lamb Sandwich "Naanini", The Bombay Bread Bar delivers riffs on the chef's favorite Indian street foods and authentic dishes, served in a causal setting. Nestled in the heart of Soho on the corner of Spring & Sullivan, the restaurant was designed by set decorating powerhouse Kris Moran - a longtime member of director Wes Anderson's creative team - and is a dazzling, alluring and playful restaurant drawing inspiration from India’s cultural identity across many centuries up to present day.
